For exchanges, items will need to be in unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition. The Customer must complete the Goods Return Form ( DOWNLOAD IT FROM HERE) and aIach it to the package or put it into it. Then the Customer should contact the local DHL Express office at its nearest location and use our account to send the goods back.

In no case the Customer should send the package back with standard mail post. The Customer is free to return within 14 working days from reception of the order.
THE SELLER WILL COVER THE COST OF RETURN TRANSPORT COST.
The Customer must complete the Goods Return Form. The Customer must stick it to the package. Returns will be accepted only in their original packaging, with any labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used, or damaged. If the above conditions are fulfilled, EMANUELE BICOCCHI will reimburse the amount. The Customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in his possession. If the Customer fail to comply with this obligation, his entitlement to a refund may be affected.
In the event of a breach of the conditions set forth here-above, EMANUELE BICOCCHI may refuse the returns and not proceed with a reimbursement; returned damaged products, with no completed form nor receipt, will not be refund. In this case, if the Customer requests a reshipment of the products ordered, EMANUELE BICOCCHI reserves the right to request the Customer to pay the costs for reshipping.
If accepted, the reimbursement can take up to 30 working days to process. EMANUELE BICOCCHI will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
