SHIPPING AND RETURN
Orders of silver jewelry can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Please note that GOLD/ICE/RHODIUM/ROSE GOLD plated items could take up to 5 business days to be shipped, no matter what shipment type is chosen. We ship to Italy and Europe by Bartolini and to countries outside Europe by DHL Express.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the shipment.
Items will need to be in unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged condition. The customer must complete the goods return form (download it from HERE) and put it into the parcel.
All returns from Italy or Europe: please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for shipping labels and instructions for the return shipment.
All returns from countries outside Europe: you’ll find the DHL return label in the parcel you received, then you have tocall DHL express to schedule a pick up and use our account to send the goods back.

Affix one copy of the return label (that you will receive with your order) securely to the package and give the other one to the courier.
The customer is free to return the order within 14 working days from reception of the order.
The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by EMANUELE BICOCCHI. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Customer’s responsibility. In no case the customer should send the parcel back with standard mail post.

Returns will be accepted only in the original packaging, with any labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used, or damaged.
If they above conditions are fulfilled, Emanuele Bicocchi will reimburse the total amount.
The customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in their possession. If the customer fail to comply with this obligation, their entitlement to a refund may be effected.
In the event of a breach of the conditions set forth here – above, EMANUELE BICOCCHI may refuse the return and not proceed with the reimbursement; Returned damaged products, with no completed form nor receipt, will not be refunded. In this case, if the customer requests a re-shipment of the products ordered, EMANUELE BICOCCHI reserves the right to request the customer to pay the costs for re-shipping.
If accepted, the reimbursement can take up to 30 working days to process. EMANUELE BICOCCHI will refund the customer by their original payment method: returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
